Sebbene Harry Needle sia strettamente associato alle locomotive di Classe 20, la sua omonima compagnia ferroviaria ha ora acquisito 11 locomotive di Classe 37, che sono state gradualmente messe in vendita da Direct Rail Services. La locomotiva 37405, dotata di sistema ETS, è stata la prima della flotta di Classe 37/4 a essere ceduta dall'operatore di Kingmoor, unendosi al secondo lotto di locomotive in gara nel febbraio 2022, esattamente un anno dopo il suo ingresso in magazzino. Risuscitata a Barrow Hill, è tornata sulla linea principale nel novembre 2022 in una straordinaria tonalità di arancione "tango", che aveva debuttato originariamente sulle sue ex locomotive di Classe 20/3 nel 2012. Ora noleggiata alla Colas Rail, ha principalmente utilizzato treni infrastrutturali in partenza dal deposito di Shrewsbury Coleham insieme alla flotta di Classe 97/3 di Network Rail. La configurazione di questo modello corrisponde ai nostri Class 37/4 "modernizzati" della nostra prima produzione, completi di finestrini laterali placcati, luci posteriori a LED, presa multipla DRS, cavo del tachimetro e respingenti di tipo rettangolare.
