This looked a stunner in the Accurascale catalogue and it looked even better once it was out of is attractive packaging and on my layout. It oozes with the quality we have come to expect as standard from Accurascale. Lovely paint finish, superb detailing including the cab notice behind the drivers seat. Runs well at all speeds, once run in I had it pulling a rake of limited edition brewery vent wagons, running smoothly round second and third radius curves. The stunning locomotive is already a favourite of mine. Well done to all involved in creating this masterpiece.
Nicely detailed model, runs beautifully, excellent sounds, Love the golden ochre livery. Only minor criticism is fixing buffer beam detail which is a bit of a challenge.
Simply exquisite. Absolutely naked shape, details and features. Amazing function and play value and sounds fantastic and all for an incredible price.
Accurascale have done a great job on these Limestone Bogie Hooper Wagons. They must have been an impressive sight in large rakes. These models are as huge with their loading tares as RTR rolling stock. The packs I've ordered here are the 1973-92 time period of their working life. The gray painted body with white printed text as IRL are pretty bland, a bit of weathering will soon add colour and definition to them. The text is sharply done with data panels and numbering clear to read. The detailing of the PHV twin wagon packs are beautifully presented as Accurascale are already known for with their fine eye to detail. One wouldn't expect less from Accurascale's products with all their bells and whistles added in. The only gripe I have about them is that they don't have sprung buffers. Whether this is prototypical I don't know, but its a sad omission. Otherwise they are a wonderful addition and a welcome change from Accurascale's 'Powering Britain' rangle of hopper wagons.
A very nice resealable 200g bag of fine grade charcoal grey coloured coal material. Packaged as 00 scale Model Railway Wagon Load - Mainline Coal, to use as loads in wagons or locomotive coal tenders/bunkers. I'd say that it would suit many model gauges and not just 00 scale. Each piece measures about 1-2 mm in size, but no bigger that 3 mm.
Once again Accurascale have excelled with this model, even better than the original batch, this colour is just spot on and expertly applied, the detail is incredible, and the Mirlees sound is just so different from the later EE engines - a masterpiece
I am delighted with this model of the Class 30 in BR green livery. It looks and sounds superb and runs very smoothly. At the head of a rake of BR maroon Mk1s, it reminds me of my school days in East Anglia when they were a common sight.
I have waited a long time for the class 30 to arrive and I have not been disappointed. The model is excellent and the details exquisite. I love the livery and the sound profile.
Absolutely stunning! Accuascale have done it again… the quality and paint finish is very fine and neatly applied. Without a doubt another brilliant model.

The new 66 is awesome, and looks really good in the perfedtly applied DB Maritime Blue. The detail is awesome and it is just a superb model
The loco is lovely. Class 31's aren't blessed with good looks, but it's a beautiful model!
Once again driver and fireman look great even on a visiting loco, brings the engine to life.
