Beautiful mode

Great wagon, painting is fabulous and the underside detailling is top notch. Runs well.

One issue is that the rubber corridor connectors don't fit very well and are quite tricky to re-insert. On both of the Siphons I have received the corridor connectors had come away from the carriage during packing/shipping and were quite difficult to fit back snuggly. I ended up needing to add a tab of glue to hold them snuggly in place.

Anyone else found this minor issue?

Newspapers Siphon

Amazingly well detailed model of a Siphon G, within it’s latter years of British Rail’s Blue era, an era which didn’t fully appreciate at time.
However my Newspapers Siphon looks the part being towed by a Class 128 dmpu.

Another super Syphon!

This is my 7th Syphon from Accurascale making up a fantastic rake for my Manor to pull. These vehicles are exceptionally well detailed and look simply superb. Real value for money. Amongst the best rolling stock on the market.

Accurascale Syphon G "Newspapers"

This is a lovely model. Good depth to the bogies, crisply moulded body and a quality finish. Great to see so many variants faithfully reproduced. It's a shame that the NEM coupling pocket has necessitated cutting away the outer ends of the bogies, but this is only really noticeable at the end of a rake. Also, the blue paint used on this model stands out slightly when sat alongside other stock, including Accurascale's newly released Mk2b. I think it's the right blue, just seems to have had optical brighteners added!

Incredible detail for the price

As with my other siphons, I am really pleased with this model. Great detail and great runner. Cannot wait for more Accurascale coaches.

Wonderful model

The Siphon is an understated thing of beauty that nicely blends with my 1980s set up. Excellent detail and runs very well. Recommend
